Job Title: Export Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new export sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new export sales opportunities, trends, and competitors.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including regular communication, product demonstrations, and sales calls.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
5. Quotation and Proposal Management: Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Order Management and Fulfillment: Manage and coordinate the fulfillment of export orders, including working with logistics, shipping, and customs teams.
7. Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with export regulations, including checking denied party lists, obtaining necessary licenses, and adhering to customs regulations.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export sales, international business, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM / ERP software and export documentation software.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
