Job Title: Application Chemist / Asst Lab Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Application Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting applications for our instrumentation products, working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Development: Develop and validate new applications for instruments like Titrator / melting point, including method development, sample preparation, and data analysis.
2. Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on instrumentation products and applications.
3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify new market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and support new product launches.
4. Technical Sales Support: Provide technical support for sales teams, including product demonstrations, customer presentations, and sales calls.
5. Method Development and Validation: Develop and validate new methods and applications for instrumentation products, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user manuals, and technical reports.
7. Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to develop new applications and support existing ones.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in chemical laboratory or related field, with experience in instrumentation operation, method development, and data analysis.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in instrumentation operation, method development, and data analysis. Handling Titration systems would be an added advantage.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
